Localizing the Sendai Framework was one of the main theme discussed at the ISDR Asia Partnership Forum, held in Bangkok from 11-12 December 2018. A call was made to bolster community-level actions that strengthen local capacities and foster local leadership, including through resources, incentives and decision-making responsibilities.
