The ADRRN Annual General Assembly (AGM) was successfully held on Monday, December 9, 2024, in Bangkok, Thailand.
Being the election year, one of the key highlights of the meeting was the announcement of the new Executive Committee Members. The election was conducted via online, open voting from November 25 to November 27, 2024. (Read about the voting process in detail here.)

Name: Anastasia Maylinda Titilestari
Country: Indonesia
Organisation: YAKKUM Emergency Unit
Designation: Senior Manager – Information and Communications
Anastasia Maylinda Titilestari has been a senior manager at YEU since 2006. She has managed over five emergencies across Indonesia. As Response Manager for the 2018 Central Sulawesi earthquake, she ensured humanitarian standards were upheld. Currently YEU’s Accountability Focal Point, she led its 2023 Core Humanitarian Standards self-assessment, emphasizing community resilience and principled action. Currently, Linda serves as an executive member of ADRRN’s executive committee.

Organisation: National Society for Earthquake Technology – Nepal (NSET)
Designation: Director of Communications and Knowledge Management
Khadga Sen Oli, Director of Communications and Knowledge Management at NSET, leads strategies on advocacy, outreach, and training. A certified disaster response instructor, he has contributed to UNICEF-EU policies, USAID programs, and massive public awareness campaigns. Previously, he worked in engineering and academia, fostering disaster risk reduction efforts in Nepal.

Mayfourth D. Luneta is the Deputy Executive Director of the Centre for Disaster Preparedness. With nearly 25 years in the organisation, she champions community-led actions. Skilled in capacity building, she focuses on marginalised populations, remaining grounded and committed to advocating for the organisation’s core agenda and prioritising the most vulnerable in her efforts. Currently, Mayfourth serves as the treasurer for ADRRN’s executive committee.

Organisation: Muslim Foundation for Culture and Development (MFCD)
Designation: President
Hanan Hussain is the President of Sri Lanka’s MFCD. He specialises in planning, finance, and climate adaptation. He holds a Master of Business Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Colombo, with additional qualifications in fund management, journalism, and poverty index design from UNDP and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Currently, Hanan serves as an executive member of ADRRN’s executive committee.

Sameera Noori, an Environmental Engineering graduate and civil society advocate since 2013, leads COAR and volunteers with ALLOHA and CEN. She advances Afghanistan’s localization agenda through NEAR’s Afghanistan Lab, fostering local NGO empowerment. Sameera’s work spans emergency response, disaster risk reduction, and the Localization Movement Building in Asia. Currently, Sameera serves as an executive member of ADRRN’s executive committee.

Sudhanshu S. Singh, CEO of Humanitarian Aid International (HAI), is a seasoned humanitarian with 36+ years of global experience. He has led disaster responses, advanced localisation, and contributed to key global processes like CHS, Grand Bargain, and A4EP. A published author, he advocates decolonising aid systems worldwide.

Organisation: CWS Japan
Designation: Board Member and General Secretary
Takeshi Komino is the Board Member and General Secretary of CWS Japan, which he founded during the 2011 East Japan Earthquake response. He is also the current Vice President of ADRRN and a key figure in the GNDR Regional Advisory Group. Takeshi has led humanitarian efforts across Asia and co-leads the Japan CSO Coalition for DRR.
