NGO Disaster Management Asia, Disaster Management NGO@ ADRRN

The Asian Disaster Reduction & Response Network (ADRRN) is a network consists of 34 national NGOs from 16 countries across the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong footprint in the region, the network members are constantly engaged with local communities strengthening their ability to combat disasters, providing humanitarian aid like food, water, shelter and health care, protecting critical facilities like schools and hospitals, creating awareness, advocating for policy changes and improving the capacity of community based organizations.

ADRRN membership is open to national NGOs with headquarter in Asia-Pacific region and working in the field of climate change adaptation and disaster reduction and response.




1.	National NGOs in the Asia Pacific region are eligible as “Core Members” with voting rights in the network.

2.	Academic Institutes and United Nations organizations or other organizations can also join the network as “Associate Members”. Associate members are not entitled to voting rights in the network.



		1. Experience in climate change adaptation and disaster reduction and response 2. Must be head-quartered in the Asia-Pacific region 3. Vision and objective of the organization in synergy with ADRRN 4. In agreement with ADRRN statutes and member responsibility
