Building Safer Organizations : Members trained to minimize Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
ADRRN Members gathered in March to better understand how humanitarians can be more responsible to protect vulnerable populations against sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). The Investigation Workshop trained participants on how to design and carry out an investigation to respond to allegations of SEA. The Management Workshop identified key initiatives and policies that humanitarian organizations can put in place to minimize risk and maximize accountability. The International Council of Voluntary Agencies has led BSO workshops around the globe and this regional workshop hosted participants from 15 different nations. Photos from BSO.
